Central Hotel
Dublin
It would be difficult to improve on the Central Hotel's location - what with Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin Castle, Dame Street, College Green, Trinity, Grafton Street and Temple Bar a mere hop, skip and a jump away - you'll be out the door and in the thick of it in no time.
Built in 1887, the Central Hotel has retained its original charm but kept up with the times, providing modern accommodation. The Hotel's spacious bedrooms are designed to ensure that you get the rest you'll need to storm all the nearby sights and shops.
The Central Hotel's own award-winning Library Bar and dining room provide sustenance and sociability. We especially love the 'hidden' Library Bar (on the first floor), a haven of civilised comfort. This is one of our favourite watering holes, and apart from telling our friends we thought it was our little secret - then it started winning awards. Take a break from your breakneck schedule - sink into a cosy chair and enjoy a drink by the fire whilst gazing out onto Great George's Street, with the inevitable small mountain of shopping bags at your weary feet.
For business visitors, the Central Hotel offers Banqueting and Meeting Rooms.
